I'll have the answer for you in a minute, but first I want to tell you a little bit about myself. Until a couple months ago I had been suffering from pretty bad acne. It really did affect every aspect of my life, and I was determined to find a solution. I tried all the usual things such as proactive, a dermatologist, and just about any other products I could find.
I also tried all of the natural homemade methods, at one point I was even cutting garlic cloves in half and rubbing them on my face. Stop using benzoyl peroxide!
Mike Walden (the author of Acne No More) explains that by using benzoyl peroxide, you are not eliminating your acne. You are only killing the bacteria, and once you stop using it acne will return with a vengeance. Acne No More included some of the methods I stumbled upon online, but only the ones that worked. It also included many methods I'd never even heard about.
I never got an info product before, and I almost didn't get this one. I've never seen the point in paying for information when there is so much of it available for free online. But looking back I realize that I don't care what format the solution is in, I just want to have great looking skin!
